30 Day Meditation & Breathwork Challenge 2015



This challenge is 30 day Meditation & Breathwork Challenge.

The Challenge Starts: June 1st 2015.

Official Start Date of the Challenge will be June 1st, 2015.  The basic idea is pretty simple.  Do 30 minutes or more of what you consider meditation, state changing, self-hypnosis, and/or breathwork for 30 days with no breaks  and you win.   This is an all levels challenge from beginners to masters.  Everyone can get useful things out of this challenge.  For experts, we challenge you to up your meditation game.   In mastery, there is no finished, only improvement.

Will their be prizes?  YES, we have worked hard on making prizes for this challenge!!!  Everyone who gets through the 30 days will get a prize.

June 1- June 30

RESEARCH and plan out what, and why of the doing, This can involve coaching sessions with Andrieh ( you all know what I do)  or Zac (  Qigong Teacher), Book learning, or other course work from other places.


July 1st – July 30



Now for the contest to be fair there are some rules.

  1. You must register your email to the both newsletter for the challenge letting us know you are in, and the Quantum Life Science Newsletter ( which we will add you to if you add yourself to the Challenges newsletter). By registering, you will also get daily tips you help you better your challenge. Each Challenge, we will be erasing the challenge list, so you will have to re-sign up

  • You must post your prepare work before, 1 month before the contest and they should be labeled with a title that looks like …. PREP WORK:  doing research on Meditation.
  • You must post your daily work, and the title of the posts should be labeled with a title that looks like:….. Day 5:  Zen Meditation was hard
  • Every day must be journaled on this site.  What you did, how you felt etc.  While you do not have to cover personal images and the like, although we hope you will, it is important to include enough details so someone can follow your methods, and can track your results.  Equally they should be able to clearly get a sense of your own progress.
  • Some detail has to be giving about the system or modality you are using and your posts should be tagged with those modalities.  So if you are doing Abdominal Breathing work and Chakra Meditation, you should tag your posts with both of those.
  • You have set the category for your posts to be the Meditation and Breathwork Challenge , for it to show up right.
  • You must sign up to the Magical 30 challenge newsletter
  • To be entered for a prize, the posts must be public and on this website
  • In the preparation work, you should give the methodologies, you are using.
  • Your post must have a featured image and should have category of the Meditation and Breathwork Challenge.  The featured image can be any size, but the images on the front page are only 217 px wide.  Pictures, if you are comfortable, of yourself doing the work are strongly encouraged.
  • Comment and support your 30 day challenge participants. Share your blog entries on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkdIn
  • During the challenge the Quantum Life Science Team, will be looking at the blog entries by the participants in the challenge.  We will feature Truly inspiring posts to help us all keep going!!!!!
