10 minutes Asanas, really concentrating on movement/breath coordination.
10 minutes Mindfulness meditation. If I were to judge the session (which of course I’m not 🙂 I would say that it went pretty well. Just paying attention to my breath coming in my nose, filling my belly, and going out my nose.
10 minutes Pranayama: Alternating nostril breathing and then counting in breath 4 beats, hold 2 beats, out 8 beats. This created so much energy/kundalini that it actually became uncomfortable for a few minutes. I must have some energy obstructions. I just kept following my breath and became relaxed.
