Sunday July 12:  Set timer for 30 minutes. Started off doing some breathing:  Alternating nostril breath, belly breath, then I meditated by counting my breaths, 1 in, 2 out, 3 in, 4 out, repeat. This was going well for a while but then I stated to get very restless. Did random yoga poses while coordinating breath with movement until the bell rang.

Monday July 13: I was very tired so I listened to a meditation track from Silva Method. Very good meditation session. This track is not just passive guided meditation. The track lasted for 26 minutes. Afterwards, I did five minutes of asanas focusing on breathing deeply through each movement. This felt very good. I went to sleep immediately afterwards.
