I was sort of tired so I just set the meditation timer for 30 min.
Started sitting upright on a zafu. Did 10 alternating nostril breath, 10 belly breaths, 10 humming breaths, and ten breaths counting 4 in, 2 hold, 8 out.
After that just mediated (basic mindfulness meditation) until the timer went off.
At some point I changed positions to supine but I kept meditating and did not fall asleep, well maybe for a minute or two :0
