Day 17 – Forgot to record, but do remember it was during the 10a hour and lasted 35 minutes. Breathing and focus on silence.
Day 18 – 11:03-11:46a (43 mins.) Continued with the same routine, deep and rhythmic breathing and silence meditation.
Day 19 – 4:52-5:22p: Late start today. Same as yesterday, but sat outside on porch. Nowhere near as good as usual. Could not concentrate today. Made myself stick with it though. Surprised my mind would not quiet down.
