I did the work, but I started off angry.  This shit did not help.  2 blocks in I was trying to calm shit down dump the thoughts, but I was by that time, just knees hurting.  I walked for 30 minutes, but it was a painful one and I did it at night so shit was ache.    I couldnt really shake the anger to get in the zen state, for a lot of complicated reasons.  Shit hit too close to home.

So a few lessons.  Start with an LBRP outright.  Work from there.
