Today was not at all successful.
This morning, I fell asleep twice trying to meditate before work. Driving 375 miles the past 3 days had just caught up to me, and my body was not as willing as my mind. I didn’t try today after work — I was afraid I’d fall asleep and mess up my sleep schedule horribly. I did, though, take my dog for a 2 mile walk before dinner. I didn’t do the Quareia breathing exercises, but did let my mind go into stillness as I walked.
Tonight, I am taking the body cues and turning in now. Tomorrow is a new day.
