Meditation happened outside today sitting on a picnic table overlooking Carthagena Creek (which feeds into the St. Mary’s River) after my morning run. It progressed easily and well. The issue of not easily visualising the colours of the three channel breathing remained the same as yesterday. The visualisation of the cleansing breaths (white smoke/black smoke) is getting easier, as I do that breathing and visualisation when I’m running to 1) breathe better and 2) push through walls.
