So yesterday I walked to the Greek place by my house to get lunch for everyone. It was about a 25 minutes walk. So I just stacked the food in my backback and walked. I did exactly what I set out to do, Condensed breathing, at stop lights, zen lack of focus.
This was a little complicated by the fact that I was hungry, but i let that all go. Going to try to walk more, get up to 40 minutes or so with more intense Gigong. Trying to make the walks more worthwhile and purposeful as well ( not just for there own sakes).
