Day 11 – made the mistake of once again trying to meditate in bed, think I got 15 minutes in, the next I remember was my wife waking me and the 30 audio clip was done. So that is really the last time I’ll do that, but I had to due to privat matters.
Day 12 – back in my room and loving it. As “punishment” from falling asleep last niht, I started with 10 minutes silent meditation with great success for the first time during challenge I was one with the darkness and simple not there, AWESOME. After that I did a pathworking guided meditation by Kia Dragon. And wow that was powerfull. I couldn’t visualize all the things he talked about, but I got sense of most of them. This will be included in my list of this to do from time to time. Tomorrow I’m back on Dragon meditation.
