So it probably seems a bit odd that the high and mighty Andrieh Vitimus is doing something so simple as a walking meditation.   There are a couple reasons for that.  First,  over the last few months I blew out my knees.  I can walk, I just cant go down to a knee.  Its a pain in the ass, so I am working on fixing it with Chi and physical therapy.

So this is alot more about restructuring the lifestyle by walking.  That is phase one of this work.

Today I walked for 30 minutes:

This is a great place to walk!!

on any point I was stopped by traffic, I did some condensed breathing which well, here is an example.  

My plan is to work up to doing condensed breathing through out the walk.

Effects:   Solid improvement in mood, better energy levels.    Knees hurt a little at end of walk ( after stairs).

The main difference here, Is I am still doing other magic in addition.  Before I started, I could tell the force of mental inertia is strong on this point.  Oh you have too much to do, you should  check email… blah blah blah.  I have to really watch that to get through the 30 days.

On the flip side, right the fact I could not keep up with the pr work, does get to me.  I just have to let that which is not critical slide.
