Been a very busy month so I have not had time to really check in.  For my prep work I read” The Yoga of Breath,” A Step by Step Guide to Pranayama byRichard Rosen. I have also been attending (rather erratically I admit) a mindfulness meditation group. My work for the challenge starting tomorrow will consist of daily basic pranayama techniques as well as mindfulness meditation focusing on paying attention to my breath as well as body sensations.
