For or the fourth day in a row I let the mantra work on whatever was appropriate. It was a very gentle session; no looping movements of awareness or visions. My attention stayed mostly focussed on my heart, although it moved towards the throat at the end. I could feel myself pulled deeply into my heart during practice, and it’s intensity as the seat of feeling was obvious and strong. Toward the end, I felt myself moved towards my throat, where I experienced one strong release. I am getting a sense that I have gotten the main releases I am supposed to have received in the course of this challenge.
