(Again, from my journal)

I had planned to do some serious breathwork and visualization. Was going to start with the 9 breath purification, pillar and the elements, then focus on loaded breath. I even banished before starting. Fatherhood is hard sometimes. My 3yo kiddo was napping and decided that dad’s meditation time was a great to time to be held and wouldn’t take no for an answer (bad dreams). 

So while she was sitting in my lap and head on my shoulder I closed my eyes and just focused on my breath for 30 minutes.

It actually was nice.
