Getting pore-breathing the way I want it is proving more difficult than I thought. In contrast to the last session, this time I was unable to align my focus and breath location. I paid attention and it seemed that my visualization tended to shift more than my focus of breath. It’s almost as if my mind and body are being pulled in two different directions. I think instead of working on NLP and anchors I’m going to continue with pore-breathing for the rest of the time. My plan is to allow my visualization to vary spontaneously and try to more the focus on my breath to follow. When this is done, even if it takes longer than the rest of the 30 days, I’ll work on the opposite. Letting my body focus vary spontaneously and moving my visualization there. Finally I’ll work on controlling them both together.
