So the end of first week. Well starting to notice I’m more patient and able to switch into a patient mindset. Even my duration of each stance is longer . The mind is more calmer and also readjusting alignment to reach proper stances. Finding less resistance from an internal state and able to root further as well. I seem to be more aware of the moment instead of trying to rush to the next moment. Normally I’m objective in reflection but not at the present, but I believe I’m beginning to develop that sense of present awareness allowing me to pause and become more objective. Approx 40 minutes of qigong between standing and sitting forms.
