Today’s meditation came with a lot of releases. It appears that as I ground and flow the energy downwards, I also seem to be releasing in my neck/spine area. Aside from the physical release, I find myself slowing down more naturally and can be more observant and objectives in and outside of myself in real-time. It’s as though I am watching my interactions from a third person view. Should be interesting to see after 30 days what effects will take place.
