Practice: Ch’an/Zen meditation – moving form

Reflection: Today I kicked up a old Qigong form derived from Shaolin training. The Qigong form was used in conjunction as an auxiliary practice to support Ch’an meditation or as the actual practice of Ch’an meditation. Took abit since I was actaully reviewing it and getting into the movements, however I did find that the energy circulation generated a Ch’an state similair to when I was sitting with the benefits of physically strengthening and conditioning the body. Even though it was abit rough movement wise since I haven’t praticed Shaolin exercises in awhile, the state generation was popping up and self-sustaining around 15 min or so.
