Practice: Ch’an/Zen meditation – lying down
Reflection: Today I was disturbed around 15 min for about a min or so, jumped right back into it after. I noticed the thought process was even..then it went empty quite fast. Starting to notice my body sensations once I hit certain trance states today. Further in today’s practice I’m starting to see the connection between how movement will instigate a certain thought process in comparison to being still. Was experimenting when I had to move how much the thought process “locked in” from the stillness to movement, and there were some changes. At some points it got very trippy and my energy body was humming in the exercise today.
