Practice: Ch’an/Zen meditation – sitting/walking

Reflection: Today I did a koan style meditation while keeping conscious. As I concentrated I found different memories, experiences and thought processes popping up. I’ll consider doing more koan style meditations in the future. On the side of that, I was also working on “real-time” Ch’an/Zen with basic things like typing today or every movements. That was fun.
