Today, I considered that in reality, there are more than a handful of daily practices that I should be engaging with. Daily drawing, daily meditation on the breath, and daily consideration of my goals all deserve some play time. However, really, this is a meditation challenge, not a kick your life into high gear challenge. So, I’m just going to watch my breath for thirty minutes a day for thirty days. That other stuff will just go into a personal record.
