todays I’ve been diving into some of my past experiences with meditation. In doing so I could not help thinking “WWHHAATTT….why did I not keep going??”
So I have the excersises planed out, they will the first 1-2 week be a combination of some the stuff I’ve used in the past and just silencing the mind
The remaining weeks will be mainly focused on my dragon skull and dragon meditation, which are mostly guided.
Damn I’m looking forward to getting started
