Oct. 30, 2013 – Really sat down today to meditate with ancestral altar.   Finding that I"m able to sit longer without my legs feeling numbed out after a while.  Probably a result of proper posture and support  in the spine.  Beginning to notice even when sitting down to meditate, I automatically feel energy focused on my third eye.  Especially when I'm holding proper posture.  Also, finding a release in my neckon the right side and seems like I have a tendency of crunching my neck to the right which locks up the spine.

Still doing standing posture to keep it going.  And threw in some relaxation  to loosen up the body.
