Oct 24, 2013 – Been thinking about switching up schedule.  Doing Qi Gong before bed isn't too bed but sleeping at 2 or 3 isn't really ideal for me.  I'd rather sleep earlier and get up to do Qi Gong.    Today I focused more on the Universal  stance and Jade hands.  While doing Jade hands it got a little trippy because for the first itme I felt trully grounded.    Almost feels like the body  was relaxed pulling down while the head was almost in an opposite direction.    It was almost a trance like state where I am observing the movements but my focus felt  detached.  Will need to experiment more to see.
