Oct 19, 2013 – Well even though i've been keeping up with the qigong work, I've really missed out on doing the journalling.  Even my trip to Montreal  I've managed  to keep up my practice.  But in all honesty, I did fail to keep yesterday.  I fell asleep wile doing relaxation Qi Gong. 

So I'm going to restart from scratch and try to make it a habit for earlier in the day.  Also will try to commit to more physical QiGong as primary focus to try to get the structure.  Today's Qi Gong was interesting, my body is slowly trying to open up and after doing Qi Gong, I actually started getting pain points in my ankle.  Seems like I'm move qi, but just not all the way out yet.

 

So here's to a new start.
