Energy gathering gathered. ( It’s a cheat… I’ve done it hundreds upon hundreds of times in my life ) The Chi Kung movements were like trying to have a block of wood hulu-hoop. I kept reminding myself to tuck my tail-bone in, not to be concerned about what my arms & hands were doing but let my hips lead. Tension released from my shoulders & back, but still; I’m wood. Felt good though. Gotta have my friend who taught me, ( she first said “this would be a good practice for you”) stop by to adjust things. And say..”oh, after all this time…you’re just now starting to practice?” Uh…yeah. The tummo, inner heat, went as expected. No difference from Imagination. ( Dang me! I am a child of Imagination! ) The feeling of the flame in the hara lasted for an hour or so after the session. I’m just trying to build some momentum with it in these 30 days…establish a beach-head. It’s gonna be a gentle, long-term thing for it to have any real effect. Like water or wind wearing down stone. Ain’t gonna happen in a month but over a longer time. I’m welcome to surprises though.
