I think there is too much on my plate right now to do this, and my grasp of what constitutes "energy work" keeps changing, or getting clouded. I am going to continue pranayama, and I think also start a low-impact, "easy" exercise routine to hopefully create physical strength and energy. I think right now my 'magick' needs to be more mundane and more immediate. I'll still be visiting to follow everyone's progress, and wish you all the best of luck on your personal challenges.
