I'm going to start with "energy breathing". I learned this from a 10 day workshop that Robert Monroe gave 37 years ago. ( yes, I'm older than dirt)  You take a breath (perhaps slightly deeper than normal). As you exhale, stale, used up energy flows downwards, exiting through the bottom of your feet. Inhale, pulling in vibrant, clear-light energy from all directions. It fills your head and spins/circulates on the turn of the breath. As you exhale, stale energy exits, this time starting below your head. Inhale, pulling in vibrant energy from all directions, this time filling your head, arms & chest. It circulates on the turn. Stale energy exits on the out-breath, this time beginning below your chest. You continue in this way, gradually filling up your form with clear-light. At the end it expands slightly outside your physical body. You are in a sphere of light. You are light….  Then (2) I'll do a standing meditation with slight movement called "holding the moon". After that (3) something else Robert Monroe taught me. He called it "the energy bar tool". I call it "the magic wand".  He used it as a non-physical tool to use in dreams & o.b.e. I'm going to use it to charge my physical wand: holding the object I use as my wand in my hand, I visualise a "dot of light" in it's center. It slowly begins to blink on & off. It starts to do this very rapidly until it is an unblinking shining light. Then I expand the point-of-light until it is a line, the length of the wand I'm holding. Again, I have it blink slowly on & off. It begins to do this very rapidly, until it is a steady shining bar of light……  Starting in the second week I'll use the wand to direct energy, for healing & other functions. I'll detail exactly what I'm doing as I do it. I might also use a skull-cup (my chalice) to perform different energetic functions. I'll detail exactly what I'm doing as the time comes….
