This morning I drank warm water with lemon (apparently your body processes it more easily warm), which is supposed to help detox and a bajillion other things.  I did about twenty minutes of floor-based yoga that is within my capabilities, and ended with five or so minutes of pranayama "Breath of Fire" which I really like the idea of.  I still felt unwell throughout most of the day, but it was a good way to start.  It was also nice to be physically able to *do* any yoga, however small.  I'm not sure if this will be my daily practice for the 30 days, once we get there, I do still want to physically explore butoh, once I have a better grasp of the concept and principles.  I'm still open to and looking for suggestions or help if anyone has anything to offer. Just wanted to keep things up to date.
