So we are 5(?) days away from Go-Time, and I've been working with a variety of exercises to see what I want to work with, what will help, and so forth.  So this is my basic plan, currently, although as with the entity challenge I do expect to practices to evolve over the 30 days. 

Week 1
Long Deep Breathing pranayama – 5-10 min
Simple Grounding from HOCM, pg. 55 – 5 min.
Energy absorption; may be earth, sun, or??? – 5-10 min

Flow game/Switch palm from HOCM, pg 53, 54 – 5-10 min
Large Ball to Energy Shield from HOCM, pg 101 – 5-10 min.
Breath of Fire pranayama – 5-10 min

Week 2
Long Deep Breathing – 10 min
Simple Grounding/Energy absorption – 10 min
Flow game/switch palm – 5 min
Emotional Auric Manipulation from HOCM, pg 103 – 5-10 min
Breath of Fire pranayama – 5-10 min

Week 3
Long Deep Breathing – 10 min
Simple Grounding/Energy absorption – 10 min
Flow game/switch palm – 5 min
Glamorie, HOCM pg 196 – 10 min

Breath of Fire – 5-10 min

Week 4
Long Deep Breathing – 10 min
Simple Grounding/Energy absorption – 10 min
Flow game/switch palm – 5 min
Shape Changing from HOCM, pg 201 – 10 min
Breath of Fire – 5-10 min

I am not sure about doing the Emotional Auric exercise for a full week, and I would like more time to "play" with shape-changing, so that's the area I see the most likely change; namely, cutting Emotional Auric short, moving up Glamorie, and leaving more time for Shape Changing.  Or maybe incorporating it earlier on.  We'll see.  But right now that's my game plan, kids.
